Carole Foos is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 20 years of experience in public accounting in the field of taxation. She was formerly a manager in the tax department of a Big 4 firm and spent several years in public accounting at local firms. Carole has written numerous articles on tax-planning strategies and is a co-author of several books, including For Doctors Only: A Guide to Working Less and Building More and Fortune Building for Business Owners and Entrepreneurs. During the course of her career, she has been a tax consultant to both individuals and businesses.
Carole received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Xavier University where she majored in accounting.
DAVID J. GOLDBERG MD JD

Dr. David Goldberg is a Clinical Professor of Dermatology, Director of Laser Research of New York’s Mount Sinai School of Medicine and the Medical Director of Skin and Laser Surgery Specialists of New York and New Jersey. He has published over 150 peer-reviewed manuscripts, is author and/or editor of 15 books on dermatological topics, and is the Senior Chief-Editor of the Journal of Cosmetic and Laser Therapy.
Dr. Goldberg earned his medical degree from Yale University School of Medicine, and completed his dermatology residency and dermatologic surgical fellowship at New York University Medical Center. He is also an attorney, having graduated from Fordham University School of Law where he currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law.

David B. Mandell, JD, MBA is a former attorney, and renowned authority in the fields of risk management, asset protection and financial planning. He has co-authored several books, including Wealth Protection: Build & Preserve Your Financial Fortress and Wealth Secrets of the Affluent: The Keys to Fortune Building and Asset Protection. David has also written ten books for physicians, including For Doctors Only: A Guide to Working Less & Building More and Risk Management for the Practicing Physician, a Category 1 CME-certified monograph. David has addressed numerous local and national organizations, from national medical associations to entrepreneurial organizations and meetings of attorneys, CPAs and financial professionals.
David holds a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University (Cum Laude). He earned his law degree from the University of California Los Angeles’ School of Law, where he was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for achievement in legal ethics. While at UCLA, David also earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Anderson Graduate School of Management.
PETER J. MILLETT MD MSc

Dr. Peter Millett is an orthopaedic surgeon and partner at the internationally renowned Steadman Clinic in Vail, Colorado. Dr. Millett previously held a faculty appointment at Harvard Medical School and was formerly Co-Director of the Harvard Shoulder Service and the Harvard Shoulder Fellowship. He has authored over 90 peer-reviewed, scientific articles, numerous book chapters and two books on orthopaedics, sports medicine and shoulder surgery, and his academic work has been recognized with awards from several international societies.
Dr. Millett received his undergraduate degree from the University of Scranton and his medical degree from Dartmouth Medical School. He studied as a research scholar at the University of Cambridge in England, where he was awarded a master’s degree in science (M.Sc.) for work in skeletal biology. Dr. Millett performed his orthopedic residency training at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City and sub-specialty, fellowship training in sports medicine, knee and shoulder surgery at the Steadman Clinic.
